At ANG Management Coaching and Consulting we identify, research alternatives, and solve business problems with the highest value-adding solutions. Through our business knowledge and as business subject experts, we're able to help draft and redesign organizations' rules and standards.
For the greatest part of her career, Amanda Gibson (not a Doctor at the time) has been involved with nonprofits - and especially with their financial optimization.
She saw what problems are encountered by the clients, by the workers, by the leadership and by the Boards of Directors.
Later, encouraged by a Doctoral project and based on an old dream, Dr. Amanda N Gibson created the ANG-MCC company.
Single-handedly, Dr. Amanda N Gibson started to build her dream - creating the company's first website (www.gibsoncons.com), and amassing even more knowledge and resources.
Finally, ANG Management Coaching and Consulting started to offer its consulting services to small and medium companies.
Equally dedicated to the learning aspect as to the importance of nonprofits in social life, and in parallel with teaching college part-time, Dr. Amanda N Gibson created and ANG Management Coaching and Consulting is now offering a complement of seminars and training topics geared also towards small and medium companies, as well as non-profit organizations.
